Shipping Policy

Order Processing Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days after receipt. You will receive a confirmation email once your package is on its way.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times We work with multiple carriers and offer various shipping options. Available options and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier selected and your location.

Shipping Costs A flat shipping fee of €3.50 applies to all orders within Belgium. Orders of €35.00 or more qualify for free shipping within Belgium. For deliveries within the European Union (excluding Belgium), a shipping fee of €3.50 applies. Orders of €75.00 or more qualify for free EU shipping. The applicable rate is shown at checkout.

Delivery Area We currently deliver within the European Union. Orders outside the EU are not yet available.

Returns You have the legal right to return your order within 14 days of receipt, without providing a reason. Please contact us at info@atelierepure.com to initiate a return. Return shipping costs are at the expense of Atelier Épure.
